I was able to speak to an ATT representative who put in an inquiry to their engineering team about my address not being listed as fiber eligible, and they got back to me today saying that it was a mistake in their database that has now been corrected.Sep 1, 2019 · The fiber infrastructure has already been set up in my neighborhood. It's been about a month now. How long after the infrastructure is set up does it take for them to turn on service? I wish I could post pictures, the utility cabinet is literally about 10 yards from my house and pods/nodes are set up in my backyard. .
