It seems like ever since Blizzard increased Torment Levels to XVI (16) the Legendary drops have changed. Maybe it’s my imagination combined with my bad RNG luck. But, before T16, I would start finding a lot of Legendary items (including Ramaladni’s Gift) at T6 and higher. Since ramaladni's gift can't be obtained via gambling or cube, the fastest way to farm this is to maximize your legendaries per hour. The only way DW WW is viable is with Ramaladni’s unique sword. To be clear, any attack speed on gear or paragons does not affect WW speed. 1 Like. Just speedrun whatever gr you can handle in 1,5 - 2 mins for a bit instead of pushing, it really shouldn't take long to drop some. Just bad RNG. I have close to 30 gifts but haven’t seen hardly any primals. I’m seeing a lot of dismay about the rng this season..
